Grän

Grän, located in the Tannheimer Tal, which has always been described as “probably the most beautiful high valley in Europe”, is one of the 6 municipalities in the valley. Due to the proximity to the East and Oberallgäu the valley is very easy to reach.

Its variety of winter and summer sports facilities, as well as the serenity of nature, despite the tourism area, offers an easily accessible attraction for every guest.

Das Naturschutzgebiet am Vilsalpsee und die Wassersportmöglichkeiten am Haldensee bieten zu gleichen Teilen entspannende und aktive Freizeitbeschäftigung.

The municipality is a member of the Klimabündnis Tirol.

By car

The fastest, easiest, and vignette-free way by car to Tannheim is via the A7 motorway.

Turn right at the exit “Oy-Mittelberg” and follow the main road B 310 direction to Wertach / Oberjoch for about 15 kilometers.

In Oberjoch turn left to Tannheim.
